Jangjorim / soy sauced meat (장조림)

Hello! Today I wanna introduce Jangjorim to you.

It's very very simple, you know.

  • First!
prepare pork tender loin(filet) , you can cook this with beef's or egg.
I like all of them.
put meat into water before cook to remove extra blood in the meat.

  •  Second
 make soy sauce. put onion, green onion, chilly, whole black pepper, sugar, soy sauce, garlic, ginger,
refined rice wine into water.

boil it with meat

Before you eat Jangjorim, tear it along texture of meat.

It's nice side dish. Egg Jangjorim is also good.

 It's not different with meat Jangjorim. Just prepare boiled egg.
