LA Galbi(Kalbi) / Short ribs barbecue (LA갈비)

Beef short ribs 0.6lb
‧onion 1/4
‧ pear 1/4
‧green onion 1/4
‧garlic 1TS
‧white wine 1TS
‧Soy sauce 2TS
‧sesame oil 1/2ts
‧sugar(honey) 1/2TS
‧sesame seed 2ts
‧pinch ofblack pepper powder 



1. Soak beef short ribs in a bowl to remove beef blood at least for 1 hour.

2. With a knife, make thinly diagonal cuts on both sides of the soaked beef.
3. Put green onion, onion, garlic and pear into a blender and blend them until smooth.

4. Mix blended vegetables with marinade and soak the short ribs with the beef marinade at least for 2 hours.

5.  Stir the galbi on low heat pan for 10min
