Stir-Fried Rice Cake with soy sauce/ Gungjung topokki
(궁중떡볶이)
Ingredients
‧round of beef (thinly cut) 6oz
‧rice cake 4oz
‧shiitake mushroom 2
‧carrot 1/3
‧red, green paprika 1/2
‧head of green onion 1/2

rice cake seasoning

‧water 1/4 cup
‧soy sauce 1TS 
‧sesame oil 1/2ts
‧sugar 1TS
‧minced garlic 1/2ts

beef seasoning

‧saysauce 1TS
‧wine 1TS
‧sugar 1ts
                     ‧sesame oil 1/2ts
                     ‧minced garlic 1/2ts

Step

Rice Cake Round


1. Boil the tubes of rice cake for 5min.
2. parboil the rice cake in boiling water for 5min and marinate with some oil and soysauce 1ts
3.Cut vegetables and beef into thin strips(length 2inch) and marinate the beef with seasoning















4. put some oil in the pan and put the beef. Stir it over medium heat for 3 min and add the rice-cakes and the seasoning.

5. Stir them for 2min and Put the vegetables in the pan.
