Soybean sprouts soup / Kongnamul guk (콩나물국)

Soybean sprouts soup / Kongnamul guk

‧Soybean sprouts 4cups (0.4lb)
‧Kelp and anchovy broth 5cups
‧Salt 1ts
‧Minced garlic 1ts
‧Sliced greed onion and chilli 1TS



1. Rinse the soybean sprouts and remove bad parts.

2. Boil the kelp, the anchovy and salt in a pot for 30min to make the kelp-anchovy broth.

3. Put the prepared bean sprouyts in the pot and simmer on medium heat for 5min.

4. Add minced garlic and sliced green onion, chilli.
