Seasoned spinach / sigeumchi namul (시금치나물)

Seasoned spinach / Sigeumchi namul

‧Parboiled Spinach 3oz

‧Soysauce 1ts
‧minced garlic 1/3ts
‧minced green onion 1/4ts
‧pinch of sesame seed / salt
‧a few drops of sesame oil


Seasoned spinach is widely used to make some korean dishes such as 'japchae', 'Bibimbap' ,'kimbap' and so on.


1. Rinse spinach well, drain, and parboil until the spinaches are wilted, about 2~3 minutes.

2. Drain them thoroughly and marinate the spanich with seasoning.
