Cooked rice / Steamed rice

Cooked rice / Steamed rice with rice cooker

As you know, most important thing when you make Cooked rice is to control of the amount of the water.

Always use throughtly water-soaked rice at least 30min. because each rice has different dry condition.

Soaked rice  :  water = 1 : 1 

‧If you make cooked rice for  Bibimbap or Kimbap , Be careful not to come out too soft.
‧Add a few drops of olive oil for shine.
