Seasoned eggplant / Gaji namul(가지나물)

Ingredients

‧Eggplant 3

Seasoning

‧Soysauce 1TS
‧Minced green onion 1ts
‧Minced garlic 1ts
‧Salt 1/2ts
‧Pinch of sesame seed
‧Sesame oil 1/3ts
‧Green chilli 1/2

Step


1. Quarter the eggplants and put them into steamer.

2. Sprinkle pinch of salt on the eggplants and steam for 10 minutes.















3. Cool down and tear the eggplants into bite-size.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
4. Season the eggplants with remaining ingredients.
