Preparing squid




How to fillet the squid?






1. remove all the inner stuffs of the squid and peel the skin out.
  Tip : In the easy way for peeling the skin of squid using a pinch of salt.

             


2.Use a knife and make diagonal cuts on the skin.

             
             

3. Cut the skin into half and put them together for slicing in 2 inches.
