Miyeok guk / Seaweed soup(미역국)

Miyeok guk Seaweed soup(미역국) Ingredients ‧Dried seaweed(sea plant)  1cup ‧Brisket of beef 0.2lb(4oz) ‧Sesame oli 1ts ‧Soy sauce 1TS ‧Pinch of saltRice water 2cup ‧Water 3cup ‧Minced garlic 1ts

Dried Seaweed
1. Soak 1 cup of dried seaweed in a big bowl for       20~30 minutes and cut into 2~3 inch.
※ soaked seaweed grows about 10 times than died seaweed.
2. Cut the beef into 0.5~1inch and marinate it with garlic, soy sauce and sesame oil.                        
3. Stir on low heat the beef. 4. Put the soaked seaweed into the pot for 10min. 5. Add rice water, salt and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes
