Jeyuk-bokkeum / dwaejigogi-bokkeum (제육볶음)



Jeyuk-bokkeum / dwaejigogi-bokkeum

Korean stir-fried pork (제육볶음)

for 3 servings


























Ingredients

‧Pork side or blade shoulder 0.8lb
1/2 onion
1/3 green onion
2 Green chilli
Handful of cabbage



Marinade

‧Hot pepper paste 5TS
‧Hot pepper flakes 2TS
‧Minced galric 1ts
‧Soy sauce 1/2TS
‧sugar 1TS
‧Salt 1ts
‧White Wine 1TS
‧Minced ginger 1ts
‧Sesame oil 1/2 TS
pinch of black pepper powder and sesame seed





Step

1. Slice pork side or blade shoulder into bite sized pieces and marinate it with seasoning and keep it in the refrigerator for 30minutes.



2. Slice onion, green onion and cabbage into 1/3 inch width pieces
3. put some oil in the pan and put the pork. Stir it over medium heat for 5 min.



4. Add the vegetables and reduce heat to low and stir it for 10minutes more.




serve it with rice, lettuce leaf and sliced garlic, green chilli
