Fried anchovy / Myulchi bokkeum(멸치볶음)


‧Dried anchovy (0.5~1inch) 2cup
‧Sliced garlic 1ts


‧Soy sauce 1TS
‧Sugar 2ts
‧Corn syrup 1/2TS
‧Wine 1TS
‧Water 2TS
Pinch of Sesame seeds
‧Olive oli 2TS



Dried anchovy

1. Stir sliced garlic in a heated pan with olive oil and soy sauce until right brown.

2. Add small size(about 0.5~1 inch) anchovy and olive oil.

3. Turn down the fire and stir with sesame oli, brown sugar and corn syrup.
(Corn syrup make it glossy)

4. Sprinkle a pinch of Sesame seeds
